- Name Select the name of no more than 14 characters. We recommend only letters and numbers as other characters can cause problems.
- Email address Please be careful to type this correctly. If you do not you will not get the setup email and you will not be able to proceed. Please use an email address you check regularly. We may need to contact you in the event of a problem. We never send spam or share email addresses with anyone (though you can share your email address if you want to). You can disable almost all communication in your settings. We do not permit the use of temporary/disposable email addresses, as we would not be able to warn you in the event of a problem, the blue ?help button won't work for you, as the replies will go to an address that no longer exists, and you would not be able to reset your password.
- Password Please use something unique and secure. Your browser will be able to create and save a secure password for you. It is widely recommended that you never use the same password on more than one site as this very much compromises your security.
- Date of birth. It is very important that you enter your date of birth correctly (at least the correct year). Some parts of the site won't work properly unless you have an accurate date of birth and now that we are legally obliged to do age verification, your profile might not get approved if the age is wrong. It's also rather embarrassing to have to tell a 50-year-old that he doesn't look 20 as much as he thinks he does 😳.
- Tick the box to accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy, and click the submit button.
The next stage in the process is our sending you an email to confirm we have the correct address. If you don't see that email in your inbox don't forget to check your spam / junk folder. There is a link in that email which you will need to click.
