Before doing anything else, please make sure your browser and OS are fully up to date. It's probably the first thing we'll ask you to do, if you need to contact us to report a problem. If you can do that now, it may solve your problem immediately.
Why? Not running up to date software leaves you vulnerable to some very serious security threats. It's also necessary to keep everything working properly.
I'd recommend you start by searching something like 'how do I update my browser' and 'how do I update Windows/MacOS/Linux/iPhone/Android' (select which one you're using), as you can do that right now, and won't have to wait for a response to an email. We can guide you in the right direction though, if you have difficulties doing this.
If you have an older computer/tablet/phone, you may not be able to run the latest version of the operating system for that device, and if it's much older, you will probably also not be able to run the latest browsers. There are very many reasons why you want to keep your browser up to date, most important being your own security, but you might find some parts of the site don't work on very old devices.
