We are having some issues with videos recorded on an iPhone. They will not upload properly, due to Apple using a non standard video format. These need to be deleted (by us) and you will receive the standard 'not permitted' automated email. We are working on accepting these videos as they are. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you are able to save them in a standard format (AVI, MP4, MOV, MKV etc.) they will upload now.
