At Dudesnude, we're all about real, honest profiles. The verification process helps maintain that. It proves to us that the pics on a profile belong to the profile owner, and that they are an accurate representation, by which we mean they are recent pics, and the member is in roughly the same shape (obviously we all put our best pics on our profile 😊). If we can see this when we compare the verification pic to the profile pics, then you get the blue tick (see below). If you want to upload all 20 year old pictures to your profile, we're not going to stop you (so long as the pictures are actually you) but we won't be giving other members our personal seal of approval that the profile is an honest depiction.
How do I verify?
Take a picture of yourself holding up your profile number (open your profile, and it's in the top left corner)
Make sure I will be able to see the verification pic is definitely the same person as appears in the profile pics and that both the face (if you show it on your profile) AND body match the profile pics (as described above) both public and private. This is particularly important if you only have headless pics and separate face pics (the verification pic then need to match both). Also, be aware a face only/clothes on verification pic can't be seen to match headless profile pics.
Large writing on a small piece of paper is best. Don't cover your body or face with the number, or the camera, or I might not be able to see the match.
Go to https://chat.dudesnude.com/get-verified and upload the pic. (The example pic there needs replacing!)
Why was my verification refused?
We always email you with an explanation. Please check your email if your profile still doesn't have the blue tick (see the pic above) after 48 hours. Don't forget to check your spam folder.
If your profile pics are all old, they are not 'an accurate representation'.
A solo picture of a partner is fine, but we may ask for an additional profile pic of you together (if there isn't one already on the profile) or we may ask for them to appear in the verification pic with you.
If you appear to have made a mistake with your date of birth when creating your profile, we may need to ask you for clarification (which can be embarrassing for us, and some people will take offence at being challenged. I've had guys in their 60s who want to be verified, with an age of 29 🤦♂️).
